|By way of introduction...

Howdy, y'all! ^o^/...
(*dreadful silence falls as the saloon doors squeak shut behind our protagonist*)
Newcomer to the community, so I figured it would be polite to introduce myself.
My name's Tim, but I answer to just about anything. I'm from Dallas, hence the feeble attempt at humor above.
I've been doing music for about twelve years now, off and on. I play drums, a little bit of guitar and bass, and muddle my way through just about everything else. Vocally, I'm considered a "second tenor," which is a highbrow way of saying "baritone," I think.
I don't do music about gender issues, really. It isn't something that I ever thought about, but apparently being gender disphoric and not doing songs about my "issues" is considered weird (or so a couple of people have said.) Then again, a couple of people might have just had veeeery major "issues" of their own; I don't know. That said, I'm a big fan of a few Japanese "Visual Kei" bands, and never felt right about going on stage without tarting up a bit first.
To date, I've put out two CDs: one with a Celtic band, the other an Industrial/Electronica album. ADD can be fun, you know. Mostly, I stick to electronic music nowadays. I blame that on the fact that I'm a lousy guitarist, and rock musicians are notoriously flaky (read, "my last band went not-so-well.")
Aaaaaanyway... If you're at all curious about what I sound like, please do check out either my ACID Planet page, or my Myspace profile.
